At Bella Quinceañera/Sweet Sixteen and Encanto Vision we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders.

Payment options:
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover), Checks, Money orders, and Wire transfers. Bella Quinceañera/Sweet Sixteen will impose a $4.00 fee on any credit card transaction that was declined and a $30.00 fee on any returned checks.

Pricing: Prices shown are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without a prior notice.

Shipping: Will be calculated based on the items ordered. Most domestic orders incur shipping charges of $7.00-$12.00. For international shipping rates, please contact us. All orders (with the exception of gowns and other made per order items) will be shipped within 6-14 business days. Quinceañera/Sweet Sixteen gowns order turnaround time is 2-9 weeks, based on availability. In the event of a backorder of items ordered, you will be notified within 48 hours. Regular shipping methods are UPS (Air or Ground) or U.S. Post office (Express or Priority Mail). Rush shipping is available for an additional charge, please contact us to determine the feasibility of a rush service.
Many of the products purchased may delivered to you directly by our vendors. As such, if you order multiple items and they are supplied by different vendors, you may receive your order in separate packages over the course of a few days. For orders shipped directly from the vendor you will receive an invoice separately in the mail.

Exchanges/Returns:
* The Keepsake/Planner is not returnable. The contents are copyrighted. Reproduction of any part are prohibited, without the authorization of bellaquinceanera.
* The following items can be either exchanged (one time only) or alternatively can receive a store credit for future use (shipping and handling charges are non-refundable): shoes, head pieces, handbags, gloves, jewelry and crinolines.
* The following made per order and fragile goods are non-returnable: gowns, flower girls dresses, custom head pieces, tiaras, invitations, certificates, center pieces, undergarments and accessories.
* All exchanges and returns must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Please call us for a return authorization number.
* We do not accept any returns after the Quinceañera/Sweet Sixteen date or the event date passed; i.e. all returned goods must be shipped back prior to the Quinceañera/Sweet Sixteen or event date.
* All exchanges and returns must be in their original condition, unworn, accommodated by the original goods wrap and paper plus outside box and with a copy of the original invoice.
* Exchanges are final and subject to the regular shipping and handling charges of $7.00-$12.00.
* All merchandise returned without prior authorization will be refused.
* The company reserves the right to charge a 25% restocking fees on all unauthorized and final returns.
* Many of the products purchased are delivered to you directly by our vendors. However, returns and exchanges should be reported and sent only to our company's address.
* The company reserves the right to refuse any excessive, unjustified or bad faith returns.

Cancellations: Cancellation of regular orders can be made up to 24 hours from time ordered (unless items shipped out due to specific shipping deadlines). Rush and special request orders are non-cancelable. Any orders refused or not picked up from the shipping company will be charged the full item price plus shipping.

Customs fees: All orders are shipped FOB Bella Quinceañera/Sweet Sixteen and Encanto Vision, Los Angeles or FOB Vendor's Warehouse for drop-ships. We are not responsible for any customs and tariffs for orders that ship outside the country.

Discontinued items: Items are subject to discontinuance without a prior notice, based on availability and demand. All items have a limited shelf life. We recommend that in the event that you like to order an item please do so ASAP to ensure timely supply.

Samples:

We will consider sending out samples based on availability and merchandise. Samples can be requested by contacting Bella Quinceañera/Sweet Sixteen by calling 818-269-7925.

Hours of operations: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our customer service is always on stand by to give you the best personal service available anywhere on the internet. Encanto Vision office hours are 10:am to 4:pm PMT.
