1.    Our LAYAWAY plan contract is eight (8) weeks.

2.    There is a service fee on new LAYAWAY contracts of  $10.

3.    There is a cancellation fee on new LAYAWAY contracts of $15.00 that will be applied to the last payment of your LAYAWAY purchase.

4.    The down payment plus service and cancellation fees are charged when the merchandise is put on LAYAWAY.

5.    Payments will be automatically withdrawn from the same credit card used for the down payment.

6.    Payments will be automatically withdrawn from the account created for you at the opening of your LAYAWAY.

7.    By-weekly payments will be withdrawn starting fifteen (15) days from the down payment and will continue by weekly there after until the merchandise is paid-up in full.

8.    LAYAWAY merchandise will be shipped with the same shipping rules and charges as regular purchases.

9.    Service and cancellation fees are non-refundable.

10.  The payments are bi-weekly and equal to 25% of the original balance due.

11.  If your bi-weekly payment is less than the minimum amount due or we can not withdraw the payment; your due date will not advance the biweekly cycle. You will still be obligated make the rest of the current payment due before your LAYAWAY can advance to your next payment due date.

12.  As long as payments are made on time, we will hold the merchandise for you.

13.  All LAYAWAY merchandise will go back to stock in seven (7) days after a payment is in default and the LAYAWAY will be cancelled.

14.  If the merchandise goes back in stock, the costumer may be eligible for a refund.

15.  In case of cancellation, Be15 will retain 50% of the initial LAYAWAY down payment as well as the service and cancellation fees.

16.  Services cannot be put on LAYAWAY.

17.  No partial purchases are permitted.

18.  Mail payments can only be made with a check and will only be applied when the check has cleared. Bounced check fees apply.

19.  Merchandise under $40.00 cannot be put on LAYAWAY

20.  Out of stock merchandise can be put on LAYAWAY only after the item arrives.

21.  Be15 reserves the right to refuse LAYAWAY costumers.
